This resort may be the best I have ever stayed at. Massive yet cozy, beautiful beach that had hardly anybody it seemed. Gentle waves. I seaweed or pollution. I was just in awe. We had a wonderful ten nights at Grand Hyatt. We were a party of six. Our rooms overlooked the gardens which are very pretty. Our rooms were comfortable and clean. There are four restaurants to eat at with a new Garden Restaurant due to be opened soon. Every morning breakfast was great with lots of choices. We had dinner a couple of times at he restaurants on site, we also had room service and ordered pizza and burgers when we were at the pool. All went well, a little slow sometimes. The hotel was built in the 1990’s and is aging but they are currently doing upgrades on some rooms. In saying that we had no complaints about our room with its Balinese inspired decoration. The grounds and buildings are looked after well. The staff are fabulous: at the reception, at the restaurants, at the pool. Always so helpful. Nusa Dua itself is not at all like Kuta or Seminyak, it is more upmarket. Less shops but Bali Collection is a few minutes away by foot or quicker by the bus provided by the hotel and you can find shops and restaurants. Bit cheaper to eat here but the taxes and service fees are always a killer! We would stay again.

If you are going to Bali, this hotel is the place to stay. Only 25 minutes from the airport. We opted for the daily breakfast included. They have 3 different restaurants you can pick for breakfast (they all serve the same food). We did not take the full all inclusive and very happy we didn't. There is the Bali Collection just off the property that has many restaurants and spas. The staff are super friendly. There is a sports lounge that has a pool table, fooseball table and a pinball machine, all free to use. The drinks and appies at the sports lounge are great, make sure to try the Margherita pizza, it is amazing. The room was very spacious. We had a nice little deck over looking the garden. Amenities in the bathroom were amazing, shampoo, conditioner, body wash. We asked them for a foam pillow and they brought two up for us withing 1/2 hour. They also provide 6 bottles of water daily to drink or for use to brush your teeth. Towel service included and there are signs that you cannot reserve a pool lounger prior to 9:30am, if you do and you are not actively there, towel will be removed. If considering the Nusa Dua area, I would highly recommend staying here. We will definitely be back here the next time in Bali.

Fantastically facility. Great for kids. Outdoor mall nearby for food options. But a bit sanitized - a gated community isolated from the slightly chaotic “real Bali” that I kinda like.

Beautiful resort gardens and pool right on beach. New Salsa Rooftop Bar gorgeous views and atmosphere but a hand rail on the stone staircase to access the bar would be really good. All Staff very welcoming and service excellent.
