10/10 Service. Thank you to the lovely people who work at this hotel. I had heat stroke and had to be taken to hospital by the staff, they stuck with me for hours in the dead of night at the hospital while I received treatment, and then took me back to the hotel. They went above and beyond at every step of the way to look after me. I cannot be thankful enough.

Amazing villa but restaurant food and main pool area could have been better

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this villa. Staff were extremely helpful, the room was well equipped and even included a bathrobe which came in handy. It is located at a sensible 10min walk to KelingKing beach, which was also convenient for a walk there when it was still quiet. I would, highly, recommend.

Nice quiet place, big room right at the pool. Very clean, staff was super nice, always smiling. Vetygood breakfast, cooked to order from a menu, and dinner as well. The resort is a little remote, you can walk to beach in like a 20 minutes, if you want to ho to the store or restaurant outside, you need to drive. Hotel provides shuttle to the Pandawa beach every 2 hours and you can arrange pick up place through whatsup, which is amazing. Also you can buy water at the reveption.

This is a beautiful green golf resort with multiple free trips to different tourist places. Courteous staff friendly management and lovely food

Tanah Gajah was by far the most relaxing vacation my wife and I have ever had. From our villa with infiti pool looking on to the rice paddies to the private walled accomodation, the extensive beautifully designed gardens, wonderful food by chef Dean, everything superb! Staff couldn’t do enough and everyone, from ground staff to housekeeping to management should be proud of your customer services, a truly fantastic experience, my wife and I can’t wait to come back.

Great stay, friendly staff, and of all Sumaba - the owner of the villa was very comforting, He was there to check on our breakfast preference, time of serving, with may customizations and etc. I can keep going on. Overall a great experience. Clean place, worth the penny and great food. Definitely recommending it to friends and family.

The hotel is not overstated, and has great energy. Staff really friendly and cute - other guests nice too. Some really great views, fantastic free yoga and an amazing spa in the forest. Also love Ubud - very spiritual and artistic area. Traffic a grind but that's the whole of Bali for you, especially at xmas

The most amazing hotel - every detail was superb. The staff at the hotel are so helpful and Grace ensures your every need is catered for. Would definitely recommend - we only stayed one night and wished it could've been longer.

Loved it! Room was great, we stayed in panorama pool villa. So spacious and everything was lovely! Loved using outdoor bath, even in the rain! Had a special candlelight dinner which was wonderful too! Great massage also! Perfect place to spend time in Ubud! Close enough to the centre but with jungle all around!

We had an excellent stay at the property. Amazing, quiet villa. Friendly staff who were extremely helpful. The food was delicious at the restaurant. The hotel driver, Made, drove us to wherever we needed to go and gave us a great tour of the area, so definitely ask for him at reception if you need to travel around!

We stayed at Rama Phala for 2 nights before we went off to a more quiet part of Bali. From the moment we arrived the hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They took our bags to the room for us (which was welcomed after an 18 hour flight from the UK) and showed us around the hotel so that we knew where everything was. Loved our 4 nights at Origin. The staff were very welcoming and helpful, went above and beyond throughout our stay. The facilities were great, everything was well maintained and clean. Daily room service. Breakfast available in your room which is nice. Felt very private. The walk into Ubud centre was 10-15 minutes. Loved our time there and would highly recommend.

This is a stunning find and hands-down the best place we stayed in Bali! The staff were sooo unbelievably helpful - they couldn't do enough for us! They organised tours and activities, and offered local knowledge on a wide range of things. It is a short walk into the center of town (10-15 mins) but they offer a free drop and pick up service.
