"Clean and nice hotel. About twenty minutes from Kuta beach. You have everything g you need for a quiet stay at the hotel. Beach pool volleyball and the rooms are clean and quiet ! It does take about 45 minutes to airport and the road is a little off the beaten path but you will love it once you’re there "

"Hotel is very well located and room was very good too. But the check-in process was weird. We booked for 2 adults and 2 kids and here on hotels.com it is written sleeps 4. As soon as we arrived they wanted to charge extra for making up the sofa bed and give towels to the kids.
Nowhere in the site it is written this extra tax exists. So it was very weird. We open the chat with hotels.com and they couldn’t comunicate with hotel and our kids slept without linen and cover because we refused to pay...
