"The hotel looks amazing and the communal areas are beautiful. The staff are all very friendly and helpful and all the food we had at the hotel was wonderful. However we were disappointed with the room. Supposedly a Deluxe room, there was very little luxury. Bare minimum of toiletries and tea and coffee. No homely or luxurious touches. Other younger desk staff made mistakes (got room number wrong for taxi and almost sent driver away, then called a second taxi while driver was still there) or were unhelpful and gave up easily (looked for a lost jacket indifferently). Older desk staff made much more of an effort and found coat easily. Younger staff lacked a willingness to work."

There was a group of tourist allowed to eat continental breakfast at 7.00 am on Saturday, we were sent away to come back at 7.30, which was too late for us for the flight home.
