"This is one of those rare gems where every detail of the property was extraordinary! Top marks for outstanding and lovely service- we were waited on hand and foot, absolutely beautiful decor, in the most luxurious setting in the heart of Belfast.

It was nice to have a quiet retreat at the end of our days exploring. The hotel was a great base for us with our rental car to Derry and the Giant's Causeway as well. "This hotel is nestled in a quiet area of Belfast but within walking distance to bars, restaurants, shops etc. We had a relaxing overnight stay with great food in The Greyhound bar. Staff very courteous & pleasant in all areas of hotel. Breakfast was excellent also with plenty to choose from as well as other items which can be ordered off the menu. We will definitely visit here again. "

"Had a good stay hotel staff very friendly and nice, bar staff very unfriendly namely the food and beverage supervisor seemed like he didn’t want to be there standing behind the bar and not serving customers or picking and choosing who to serve first needs to be retrained on customer service and be more welcoming. This happened on the 15/8/25 and I think it could be a reason the bar was quiet at that time."
