"It was our second last stay of short day drops throughout Ireland and this hotel was our second stay in Belfast. I can best describe the room as small, clean and adequate. We were issued an actual door key and generally I would describe the property as a bit dated. The staff were friendly and helpful and it was located close to a strip of stores and a bus stop to the downtown area which we utilized."

"Nice hotel, conveniently located, nice view from my (8th floor) room. Decent breakfast and all the staff great.
Minor gripe : one of two lifts out of service during my stay so some slightly longer wait times. Not a major problem.
Suggestion: put little safes in the rooms, a good investment."
