"It was our second last stay of short day drops throughout Ireland and this hotel was our second stay in Belfast. I can best describe the room as small, clean and adequate. We were issued an actual door key and generally I would describe the property as a bit dated. The staff were friendly and helpful and it was located close to a strip of stores and a bus stop to the downtown area which we utilized."

"Our room was large, nicely decorated and well-appointed. Breakfast was excellent. The continental breakfast was limited but hot entrees are available at no additional cost. "Loved the nice room but walls are paper thin and if you are a light sleeper it would be terrible. Extremely clean and we enjoyed our stay. Laundry was difficult to access because we had to call where it is self check in . Should have had instructions in the room … "

"Not worth the price, never again
Pros - overall room was quiet (despite very creaky floor boards and some noise with guests going and coming); room clean. Wifi and TV worked well. Shower had plenty of hot water. Bed was comfortable.
Cons - poor communication from hotel. Was sent a message saying I could leave my luggage at the hotel prior to checkin. When I arrived, no staff were in the building to let me in. The same message stated I could not check in until 4.30pm despite the Expedia website...

"Spot was great, near everything.
unfortunately, bed was super incomfortsble and old matress( you could feel the spings ) only 2 cups for a 2 day stay.
Littery was fine.
Super noisy!
People going in/out as if they were in the actual room. Could hear people talk on their phones. "
