"Our room was a little small, but the shower was great. Right in the heart of temple bar you could just walk everywhere and not far from the hop on hop off bus stop #8
Martin was so helpful to us. He helped us with the issue of parking, helping us with our bags, helping us with suggestions to eat and where to adventure to. He helped hire a large cab to the airport. He was so funny and friendly and a hot ticket! He’s an asset to your hotel for sure.

"I was really taken back by the size of the room (extremely small) but it was clean. The bed however was sunken in in the middle. The toilet roll holder was not fixed and fell off. I had to re-attached it. I locked the bathroom door when I had a shower and really panicked when I couldn't unlock it which wasn't pleasant. The walls are paper thin and I could hear everything eg others walking or using the bathroom. For the cost I thought it was very expensive. "

"Self check-in was easy and I liked how quick and efficient . The free beer was a nice touch. The carpets in room maybe needed a good hoover but other than that the room is perfect and does what it says on the tin. Will stay here again. Happy with my stay"

"The room needs to be vacant for several hours a day to be cleaned.
I got sick of waiting so took my dirty towels to find a cleaner and got fresh towels myself.
There are not enough bar staff to cater for the number of guests in the evening.
The staff at breakfast are not overly nice and seem overwhelmed if you ask even for the milk to be refilled in the jug at the tea and coffee station.
Didn't know you could order eggs till the 2nd morning of my 5 day stay.
