"Excellent property. Great views of Ella Rock and Little Adam’s peak from our room. Staff goes out of their way to help you in every way possible. They even arranged tuk tuk for us at 3:00 am in the morning. Breakfast was freshly made and by order. The hotel is up on the hill but easily walkable to the city center. Very close to city center and station. "

"I was here for one night with my family. The staff was excellent particularly the front desk staff and Supun. Everyone gave us a warm welcome and answered our questions. Supun in particular was very patient and helpful with my elderly parents . The hotel is also located in the heart of Ella ‘s hustle and bustle and we had great views of the sunset and sunrise. Breakfast was also great . A variety to choose from. Would come back here next time I visit Ella ."

"The building looks lovely and the grounds are beautiful BUT the room wasn’t great , the bathroom had an old shower curtain and the shower was above the bath. The bed was uncomfortable and the room was small and dark. it was my birthday and there was no mention of this even though my husband had given advanced information. The buffet and dining room looked spectacular but the food quality wasn’t what we were expecting given the visual wow factor. My least favourite hotel whilst staying in Sri Lanka. "

"Everything was outstanding, the staff was friendly, extremely polite and made sure everything was to our liking. We splurged in the dinner train experience. It was well worth the extra. The experience will forever be forged in our hearts and memories..if you can afford , take the time or value a different experience go for it ♥️"
