"We have long loved caravanserie So charming - lovely pool Gorgeous architecture- not posh but delightful - staff still lovely However - the food used to be quite good Not so now And the interiors of the shared spaces a little shabby "

"The spa was excellent enjoyed several treatments and a swim in the indoor pool. The staff a super friendly and encourage participation in activities or leave you alone which ever is your thing. Access to Marrakech is easy with the shuttle bus. The pool looked amazing sadly we did not have the weather for going in a little cold and wet. "

"Property was clean Staff were not very helpful and provided conflicting information Too many stairs which made getting luggage in and out very difficult. The property we booked was on the first floor but they double book it and we end up on 2nd floor with likely 20 stairs."

"If you dont have a car, dont stay here! its easily 20 mins to get anywhere and taxis are expensive even if you haggle. the rooms dont look exactly like pictures on Expedia but the property is beautiful and I am grateful they were able to help me alter my booking without any fuss. "
