"Our stay was truly exceptional. The house was pristine, incredibly comfortable, and had a welcoming energy that made it feel like our own home for the two days we were there. A great selection of snacks, food, and drinks were available at all times. We especially loved the ambiance because the entire place smelled amazing and the soft music playing throughout the house was such a nice touch. We would definitely stay here again and hope it’s available the next time we’re in the area!"

"A.c was so dirty we didnt use it hookers all over the parking lot and street... holes in the shower.. fauset was loose didnt want to use it..didnt feel safe all night. All african american area.. we left at 5am "

"They took my reservation online after 7pm and only on confirmation did I learn they didn't staff their front desk after 7, so it was impossible for me to arrange the late check-in they advertised. And then they refused to issue a refund. I never got my room."

"There is plenty of parking all around the hotel as well as the office and there was plenty of room with a large desk and chair work area. The room was very clean and neat with plenty of towels. Rooms are nicely decorated, sheets were clean and bed was made nicely. The staff is exceptional especially at checkin.Front desk on duty was so accommodating and kind and went above and beyond .They might want to add possibly one cart with wheels for transporting luggage to and from rooms. "Everything was great! The room was very spacious. You can't beat having a full kitchen in your room for the price that you pay, it was very clean, and the bed was super comfy. I've paid way more for way less. If I ever have to book another stay in Greensboro, I will stay here again."

"Some rude tenants were talking outside my room until 11 or so but otherwise it was good. Bathroom curtain rod was sagging and the room did not smell the best but overall good value for the money and a clean place to sleep. "

"The first room I was assigned was dirty with a messy bed like someone just left. I told the staff and they quickly got me another room but this one was next to someone with a barking dog and it seemed like the owner was never there. I then moved to a 3rd room which was finally quiet enough for me to sleep but the sink and tub had hair in it."

"Room was dirty. Was given a smoking room (311) when the reservation was non smoking. Half the lights did not work. The front desk was closed and I have pictures of anyone would like to see. Furniture broken and no working phones in rooms. Tv also didnt work. When stove was turned on smelled like gas was leaking. Couldn't check out because front desk was not available when they were supposed to be open. When you call the hotel it says to see front desk after 9 am and no one was in there well 9...
