"Der Herr am Empfang ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Er hat alle nützlichen Informationen gegeben rund um das Hotel oder die Umgebung. Das Hotel liegt zentral, ca. 5 Minuten von der Kathedrale entfernt. Das Zimmer ist groß und hat eine Badewanne mit Whirlpool Funktion."

"It was the tiniest room I’ve ever stayed in. I’m talking smaller than small (with nowhere to even put a suitcase). Also the reception is one street away, in an entirely different hotel, which wasn’t clear in the reservation. The stairwell is also tiny, so unless you’re a backpacker you’ll have trouble with your luggage. Honestly I’ve stayed in hostels that were 10 times nicer and more comfortable. After checking out (on the other street…), the front desk was kind enough to call me a taxi. But...

"Great property after 12 days of walking a mudfest of a Camino. The proprietor was welcoming and so helpful. Located just outside the old city walls just a 10 minute walk to the cathedral. The restaurant next door was a great spot for a glass of wine"

"Everything was amazing, the room, location, surrounding options for food, but the best thing was the staff, especially Miguel! He gave me a map of Santiago with all the best places to visit and dine at, he also helped me book a taxi for 5am to go to the airport. Highly recommended this place, I will defiantely stay here again next time I visit!"

"The room was clean and the staff was very helpful. The only issues that it was extremely hot in the room and it didn’t cool down for many hours. Better ventilation would have helped."
