"The host was amazing and gave me tips on getting to the apartment due to a convention closing a lot of the roads. It was a beautiful apartment in a great spot for my travel. I highly recommend staying with them!"

"Room was mostly clean other than the bathroom had some grime and hair all around it. Once checked in the staff was nice but they were not very helpful with our questions about the stay as it is different pricing than online. No free breakfast had to pay lots for room service and the food was about how you’d expect from a normal hotel not for this price"

"The staff was amazing, front desk, valet always smiling and very pleasant, very helpful. The restaurant on the 26th floor was a gem, I did not know. The food delicious, music marvelous. Unfortunately I could go only once since they were closed on Sunday."

"We checked in on Tuesday and left on Saturday and our room was not serviced once. We had to ask for clean towels but no one came to clean the room in 4 days."
