"Great staff, clean room"

"Hotel is nice and very convenient to USC. I gave only four stars for the hotel’s maintenance because the gym sorely needs some equipment for its Precor machine. There are two cables but only one attachment to use for lifting weights. Another guest used the machine by grabbing the quick link that is at the end of the cable. More equipment is needed."

"⁠Really enjoyed my stay here. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. There is a washer and dryer in the room so that was helpful to do our laundry. Location was super convenient everything I needed was nearby and I walked a lot! Overall smooth experience"

"I LOVE THE HISTORY and decor. Everything was at close range, stores, restaurants, even parking. It is by the stadium so expect traffic and people. ALL the staff were wonderful. Attentive, and extremely courteous. This is the 2nd time my family has been there. We love it. We will be returning for sure."

"The rooms are small, only valet parking (which can be very slow even when calling ahead), it can be tough to get into when there is a game. Plenty of restaurants on site. Hotel rooms were quiet."

"I stayed in room 335. There was bedbugs in my bed when I woke up. I called down to the office and asked for a manager to come up. Waited 15 min and called down again. They said they told management. Here is the thing, for me to have actually SEEN the bugs means that they are not new, AND the reaction makes me feel like they have heard this before. To be fair when I went downstairs they provided me with trash bags for my things, were very apologetic and were agreeable to me requesting a refund. I...
