"The engineering staff set the thermostat temperature to whatever they want. The thermostat in the room is operated by an occupancy sensor which does not detect any movement over night, resulting in resetting the temperature to whatever the engineering team set to! This was intended to save energy at the expense of the customer's convenience!! I had to wake up twice at night to make sure the sensor detected me and that my temperature setting is reactivated."

Overall, the staff at this hotel are not helpful. The location is convenient and close to the freeway, which is why we stayed here three times. "The breakfast was amazing. On Thursday thru Sunday there’s a kind gentleman who makes hot breakfast and if asked nicely will do eggs made to order on the skillet. Usual continental items are also available. We enjoyed the pool and upper deck for a nice place to eat take out and converse. Shout out to Cynthia at the front desk. "the room was very dirty, there were shaved hair all the towels when we first checked in. we asked to get new towels and they didn't come until 3-4 hours later, and instead of coming in and changing the towels for us, they threw it in a bag outside our door. even the new towels were dirty with blood stains. the rooms also had a terrible moldy smell that was unbearable even with windows open. staff at the front desk were also extremely rude and rolled her eyes at the guests multiple times."
