"In middle of night fire alarm was set off. We all had to evacuate, fire department showed up then left shorty after, with fire panel still in alarm! Fire devices still beeping in hallway 45mins after that! No explanation was given and no type of compensation or refund offered. When I followed up days later they stated simply don't refund the so called emergency. Even though the fore panel was never reset!"

"The location was close to where we had to go But the parking was a hassle very few spots The hotel was smelling bad specially the elevator And rooms need to be clean."

"My son and I loved our stay in the hotel. Everyone was so nice and the hotel was clean. I like that we got fresh towels every day and that our room got cleaned every day ( some hotels don’t do that ). The only thing we didn’t enjoy much was the limited choices for breakfast. Other than this excellent service"

"I was disappointed with the customer service during my stay. The hotel staff were not welcoming and rarely smiled when interacting with guests. In addition, it was very difficult to reach the front desk, as phone calls often went unanswered when assistance was needed. Good customer service is an important part of the guest experience, and unfortunately, I felt that the level of service provided did not meet expectations. I hope management will address these issues and improve staff...

"Tout A été au delà de mes expectation! Surtout le personnel… mais la propreté etait parfaite …. Cet hôtel sait comment avoir des clients qui reviennent!! Bravo … endroit pour travailler… etc et beaucoup de commodité fin de soirée.. déjeuner peu importe ! Je recommande. Vous êtes dans les hôtels plus qu’excellent rapport qualité prix! Restez comme ça"
