"We like everything about the property which is why we chose to stay there for the second time this year. I understand this is high peak time especially during the 4th of July week, but the only issue this second time around was the valet parking which was extremely crowded and the cue wait upon return was sometimes up to 15-20 minutes each time or more. The valet attendants apologized for the wait each time, but the driveway lot is small and there is not much they can do about it. If possible,...

"when I got checked in I was told I would only have to pay 477 for resort fees but when I was getting checked in they tried to charge me 675 and when I went to ask the lady was very rude and unhelpful with information, the room was clean but when we got ready to go to bed the sheets had stains and the bed was uncomfortable,has soon as you lay down you sink to the center, for the price I paid felt very over charge for it and then when checking out the lady told me I own 620 for resort fees again...
