"I was originally going to leave 3 stars, but what happened on my last day made this experience unacceptable. At 6:50 a.m., I was woken up by a dog barking nonstop in the room directly next to ours. I recorded a video outside their door and called the front desk. I was told someone would come up to address it. Thirty minutes later, the dog was STILL barking and no one had come to check or resolve the issue. Being woken up that early was frustrating, but the lack of response from the hotel made it...

"The hotel is centrally located and very close to shops, restaurants and the beach. Walking distance. I enjoyed the fact that they had washing machines and dryers. Upon arrival I was assigned a room and I went up to the room and it was incomplete disarray. I went back downstairs and told them I wasn’t sure if they assigned me the wrong room or if there was some sort of mistake. We waited downstairs for quite a while while the staff checked the room.
