"So clean"

"The staff was very nice. Our bathroom needed a deep cleaning! Mold was in the shower. Very loud rattling air conditioner unit. Breakfast was average, toaster was broken."

"We had to clean the bathroom before using. The toilet seat was loose and we tighten the bolts. There was rust around the tub faucet and drain. We had to replace the shower curtain due to mold. The staff was responsive to providing us a new shower curtain but we hung it up. The facility were very clean. the staff did an excellent job keeping the lobby and pool clean especially with several youth baseball teams using the facilities."

"Initial check-in was okay with the exception that we had a non-smoking room booked. Once we got to our room there was an awful smell. The house cleaner was in the hall and overheard one of the boys say how awful our room smelt. Here is when we were told that a prior guest smoked in the room 3 days ago and the had a smoke eliminator machine in there trying to get the smell out. We then went to front desk; the new concierge was able to get us the last room directly across the hall. This room was...
