"The entire property was a disgrace. The room was filthy with torn curtains and skirting board ripped off the wall. Furniture was sticky to touch and repairs done to the main door due to someone breaking in. Large bin in corridor collecting water from a hole in the ceiling and pieces of broken furniture on landing / stairway."

"Check in was wonderful and the staff was friendly and efficient. The room was clean with no odours or lingering scents. Pool was a lot of fun for the kids and the hot tub was great for the adults. The breakfast was fantastic! Everything that was Gluten free was labelled - and they made the eggs and sausage GF - which rarely happens at other hotels. Will definitely look for Best Western first for future travels."

"Several events happened on our night at this hotel that could not have been foreseen, but were dealt with poorly. First, it was raining heavily when we arrived and a large rowdy group arrived just before us. The wait was very long and since one person was having to deal with all of the group's issues, I was left to drip in the entryway with no acknowledgement.
