Excellent location, very clean. Furniture very old and only 1 chair. Bed and pillows not very comfy. Plenty of towels and shampoo etc. Nothing fancy but if you’re coming on the ferry it’s a fantastic location— steps away. Oak Buffs has lots of shops and restaurants.

The room can be small, and the stairwell is narrow, but the room we got (#2 on 3rd fl) was unique and clean. The private balcony was a plus. There could be more facilities (perhaps, I am thinking about a more conventional hotel), but perhaps unrealistic to expect more for the price you pay and for its prime location during the peak season. Beautiful harbor view. Everything is nearby (shopping, restaurants, beach, tour buses, etc.). Staff seems friednly. Feel very safe despite many tourists, and prompt communication via text messages was appreciated. I would highly recommend.

The gingerbread houses around the property are pretty unique. Most importantly, The Attleboro house is perfect with the water right in front of you. And, you gotta have the Oaks Bluffs signature drink, Dirty Banana. Rachel was kind and very helpful and informative. I'll definitely stay there again!

Perfect for our long weekend stay in the Vineyard!

The Attleboro was perfect! Super easy to check in. The room was immaculate and the bed very comfortable. The bedroom was quite spacious and so pretty! We loved sitting on the porch in the evening and watching the sunset, harbor and people watching. The location was great, easy to walk to from the ferry, to the beach and all the stores and restaurants. It was fantastic that they had beach towels and chairs to borrow as well. I will definitely stay here again!

A quaint cottage house in the heart of Oak Bluffs and walking distance from the ferry, shopping, and restaurants. It is directly across the street from the harbor and an excellent location for watching the boats dock from the numerous rocking chairs on the porch. The rooms were small, but well-appointed and clean. The staff was helpful and friendly.

The cottage is directly across the street from the harbor and the ferry. It’s within walking distance to practically everything in Oak Bluffs. The staff/owners were wonderful and friendly! This place was so clean and spotless. They even offered complimentary sodas and water. I had left my body lotion in the car on the mainland and the owner actually brought me some up to my room!! We spend a couple of nights and will absolutely return! We were overly pleased with this stay!

Property is located in the heart of the action in Oak Bluffs. Beautiful view of the harbor from the front porch. Room was simple, clean and charming, and more than enough for a weekend of exploring Martha's Vineyard. Will definitely consider staying here again if we return to the Vineyard.

Perfect inn for exploring Oak Bluffs ! Owners are so lovely and make sure you have everything you need for adventures .. water , maps, umbrellas, beach chairs, recommendations, luggage storage .. even beach towels and phone chargers! Can’t wait to come back next year to our cottage room with a gorgeous ocean balcony !
