"This is the second time I’ve stayed at the particular motel. It’s a wonderful place and close to the facilities I needed to go to. Had to checkout before breakfast but was told I could get a grab bag. That didn’t happen. The lady in the kitchen was rather rude and kept telling me I couldn’t go back there I needed front desk to do it. Ummm front desk told me to go back there. Anyway we left without it. Otherwise place was excellent"

"Our stay at this hotel was very disappointing. The room was not clean we found dust and crumbs on the floor, and the bathroom ceiling paint was actively peeling. The location also felt unsafe. We witnessed obvious drug use in multiple areas of the hotel, and the smell was strong and noticeable. Some guests were rude and aggressive. "Staffing was amazing the two different guys I talked to…… but the rooms where not good at all our first room and ants in the beds and the ac isn’t work, bathroom door was broken, peep hole has a piece of toilet paper in place or the actual glass it looks like then we were given a second room and there was still ants in that room and the furniture was either broken or missing drawers."

"The room was clean, and the staff was very helpful. The hotel is conveniently located near the amphitheater and is easy to access. Breakfast was good. Because the hotel is close to the road, the room was a bit noisy, but white noise helped minimize the disturbance. The bed was very soft and sat low to the ground. We would have preferred a firmer mattress. We had reserved a king room but were given a room with a queen bed and a daybed instead. Overall a good experience for a one night stay."

"My biggest complaint about this hotel was the fact that they have a barn door style door for the bathroom and on both sides it does not go flush with the wall and sticks out a good inch 2 inch and a half. There’s no privacy there’s not even an exhaust fan in the bathroom. We stayed for one night, the morning we were leaving we were having breakfast, which was excellent however, the fire alarm started going off Which was obviously a false alarm but they never mentioned that to anyone. "The staff was very helpful throughout the stay, always with a smile of their faces and professional. The room was remarkably clean and well taken care of. Probably the only thing missing was the Hilton honors welcome but absolutely nothing major! I booked again for another stay and looking forward to it!"
