"The room was very nice, and I really like the Avid hotels….but they put queen size sheets on a king size bed so the second we laid down they popped off the edge. The trainee at the front was very friendly but the person training her was not. The breakfast was very good and it is a very clean nice hotel so a few things that are negative very fixable. "

"Our room was phenomenal, day one we got there and couldn’t complain at all… went to sleep woke up next morning and door just opened up, hotel staff let himself in our room with no warning just keyed open no alert and I yelled and said excuse you as I was exposed and he says “Towels” and continued to enter room get towels then never return them!!!! The staff outside of him was phenomenal and apologetic but just alarming!!!!!"
