"I was staying a week. My first room was not clean- bathroom was dirty in shower and sink had mold like black ring around rim and rug not vacuumed very well. I changed to a 2nd room and the sink was dirty and toilet was missing the seat tab and was dirty. Went back to front desk got a 3rd room where the toilet seat was broken and the closet door would not move open. I told the front desk and they sent maintenance to fix it. They fixed the seat but closet door was stuck to one side. I ended up leaving and getting a different hotel."

"There is no elevator at this property, so you will be carrying everything up stairs to your room if you’re not on the first floor. The ceiling paint was peeling and our bathroom door didn’t shut. Window cleaner and rag was left in our room "

"We enjoyed our weekend stay. My 4 yr old granddaughter especially had a blast in the clean well kept indoor swimming pool. I appreciated the helpful staff throughout our stay. Breakfast was great with a delicious variety to choose from. Room was clean. Beds were comfy. The hotel's location is walking distance to many restaurants. We walked to the Censi Pizzeria. Good food there. I would recommend 👌 this Hilton hotel. 👍👍"

"The room set up was nice. Had a lil trouble with the mini fridge but the staff quickly took care of it. Did not receive daily maid service/ don't know why. The bed was comfy. The breakfast was good! They kept up on restocking low/out of items, so it was all fresh."

"The only problem I had was the fact that I booked my reservation with Hotels.com. Apparently it causes a problem with their bookkeeping system and it took considerable time at checkin for the clerk to figure out how to handle "incidental charges". I prepaid my room charges thru Hotels.com so they did not have my credit card on file. I gave them my credit card to handle any incidental charges. Twice during my short stay I purchased a soda from the little store area in the lobby. I offered to pay cash, but the clerk said it would be easier to charge it to the room. On check out, the clerk on duty did not know how to handle the charge for the two sodas which I believe was about $6. I was in a hurry and had to leave and trusted they would figure it out and charge it to my card. As of this date I have not seen a charge on my card for the two sodas. Not a big deal but you would think they would know how to handle these types of things and it was just a minor annoyance."

"Our family is on a road trip from Ontario, Canada into Florida. This is the first time taking this route, through all new states. Right off the highway we found this hotel for a quick nights rest, booked online (third party) and within 30 minutes showed up to everything being prepared and ready for us. Beds were comfortable, pillows were great. Clean environment! Felt comfortable here for a great rate to bring our young kids in, "
