"Our room (#220) was clean and comfy. Another review states that the headlights of cars could be seen through the window....not true. The window drapery has two giant drapes that close and be pulled back to allow sheers to just be used...there is a third layer on the outside which has limited movement but helps reduce sound... The shower and the bathroom in general were mold free and clean. The breakfast was disappointing when we arrived at 830am (sunday morning) ALL the scrambled eggs were...

"Your breakfast hostess on Saturday morning was rude and ignorant to the guests. It was pretty busy because it was the NFL draft weekend. The person working the front desk brought the breakfast hostess a coffee drink that had been purchased elsewhere (which was fine). However, the hostess slurped the whipped cream from her drink then took her cup to the kitchen, took a can of whipped topping used for the waffles from the refrigerator, stuck it into the bubble top lid on her coffee and filled it....

"Air condition wouldn’t stay on or adjust to where it was set. Had to keep turning it off and on to work. Construction during the day and someone knocked to clean the room at 9 am. But the lobby was pretty and the place was clean! "

"This hotel has only ONE handicap accessible room. I had an accident after booking the reservation. Although they did move us to the first floor, it was impossible for me to shower. It was difficult to use the bathroom. On day 2 we got a shower chair they had stuffed in a closet somewhere. The last night of our stay was by far the worst with noise. From 9:45 to after 11pm there was so much noise in the lobby/elevator area that I couldn’t sleep. (Early flight) We have stayed here numerous times...
