"I stayed in C3-Room 316 which was a junior suite with 1 queen bed. The design in the room was modern. The room was clean with partial ocean view. The only thing concerned me was the noise made from air conditioner at night time, but other than that, everything was perfect.
Hotel staff was nice. And I really loved the massage chair on C-3rd floor lobby."
"Nice place. Comfortable room. And then a large noisy arty started on the floor above us. We were already asleep when the noise started. We complained to the front desk. It took them about an hour to stop the noise. It seems like the party people went out, but then returned at 2AM for more noise. The front deck person in the morning didn't really seem to care about our complaint. She said " sorry about that". I'm sorry too about having to give a bad review."
"We’d been trying to book this hotel for three years, and finally had the chance to stay. Now we understand why it’s always so busy:
• Amazing management and owners who truly care
• A home‑like environment that makes you feel instantly comfortable
• A unique property full of character and history
• Everything you need for your stay and more
• A breakfast that genuinely deserves its “#1 in town” reputation
Definitely our favourite place to stay whenever we visit Charlottetown and highly recommended to anyone looking for a gem spot."
"The staff were helpful, knowledgable, and personable. The breakfast was great, and the sitting area at the front was welcoming and a great place to meet other travellers."
"Older property but rooms have been redone and were clean. They offer coffee/tea for breakfast and you can sit in a nice dining room to enjoy that. Very helpful and friendly staff."
"Loved everything about the Inn. From the gentleman checking us in and serving us breakfast to the ease of the checkout. Grounds beautifully maintained. Excellent location. One of our best breakfasts ever! Wish we could stay longer."
