"I found a big water bug like roach in the bathroom and use the towels to place it at Todo to contain them into the bathroom. I wanted to tell the staff and ask for a reduced rating because I watched that area all night without good sleep."

"Room was clean and spacious. Well appointed and comfortable. Air conditioning doesn’t work well. Despite setting the thermometer low we couldn’t get the room below 74. Makes for a tougher sleep when it’s so hot in the room. Breakfast was prebooked, Sunday was a pitiful buffet. Monday was grab and go and limited. Was not properly explained at booking. Overall a well located property. I’d stay here again. "

"The hotel stay was is a very poor condition. Starting from the lobby, its smelly and has a lot of stains. Hallway smells are strong. Elevator was not clean and had stains as well. When we entered the room the comforters had stains, they were kind enough to change the room but the other was still OK. The coffee maker was placed inside of the bathroom. The sink had cracks, floor was looking years old. There was barely anything for breakfast, no eggs, fruits. Few loafs of bread, waffle tasted sour . I will not recommend this place to anyone."

"I enjoyed my 3 night stay. 24hr free fresh coffee available. Breakfast delicious, well cooked and appreciated the variety of foods, fruits, juices, cereals; even waffle maker! My only dissapointment was the computer / printer area access door was locked due to "it is not working" ( was the phrase given). Location was perfect for me. I almost chose a different hotel because of the "bedbug" reviews. Then read where even 5 star hotels have bed bugs. Trust me i was vigilant and did not detect any bed bugs during my 3 night stay. Best parts -- Friendly , Clean and Smoke free!! "

"Parking lot needs several large pot holes fixed. There is some mold in the shower ceiling. The staff was friendly but I called and asked for towels and the front desk told me I can come get them. I probably wouldn’t return. "

"Room was decently clean and about what you'd expect for the price. Property was pretty run down. You came tell people live here. Breakfast had a lot of options. Tried to get ice but the front desk lady's boyfriend had emptied the entire machine into ziplock bags for themselves. When I asked about it she said "oh yeah he took it all but we can give you some." Came back to the room at the end of the day and housekeeping didn't come. I called the front desk and he told me they don't do housekeeping on the weekends which made no sense to me. Wouldn't stay here again."
