"For $440.00 for two nights, I didn't expect to have to pay $37.00 extra each night for parking. Most low-end hotels have a parking lot with free parking. Also, the room was majorly outdated, and the bathroom was little. I have stayed in various Hiltons across the United States, and this one particular room (712) didn't hold a candle to a Hilton that I was used to staying in. I would expect to pay that kind of rate for 2 nights; everything would be included that is required to stay. If I have to visit Knoxville again, I will not be staying at this location. I know there is another Hilton in Knoxville, and hopefully it is better than what I just experienced."

"Great value but needs a little tlc in the maintenance area. Showers are clean enough but had issues with the sink knob, would fall right off in your hand. Other than that clean and great value"

"We arrived late on Friday evening after traveling for several hours. Learned elevator was out upon arrival, assumed it was something they were working on until another guest helped us to our room on the 3rd floor, and said the elevator had been out all week. The next morning on our way down the steps we noticed the 3rd floor landing and steps had about a 1 to 1 1/2 inch height gap that could easily present a safety fall risk. My mother has had 2 knee replacements and I have bad knees myself. We never imagined that we would have to climb 3 flights of steps during the duration of our stay. On Saturday morning my son begged to get in the pool and it was very murky like they had made no effort to clean it. On Saturday evening the pool was closed because it was so gross. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. "
