"I stayed at this hotel for 8 days. The customer service both during the day and evenings were top notch. Were extremely helpful, courteous and professional. Ashley works during the day and is the nicest person ever and fulfilled our requests and made our stay very enjoyable. The hotel itself is very clean and maintained very well. There is no denying that they really go above and beyond for their guest's comfort. The rooms are comfortable and large. They are a bit dated and can use with some updating. Our A/C had a leak, and the carpet was soaked beneath it, and I advised the front desk, and they attended to it throughout are stay. Other than that, we will definitely stay at this location again in the future when we visit Knoxville. Thank you"
