"We were traveling with our dog….the hotel had a clean grassy area to walk your pet and for them to “toilet”. They provided a food/water bowl too. The air conditioning was fabulous. "The check-in lady was very helpful recommending a good choice for a dinner out. The lady that oversaw the breakfast setup kept everything topped off. A good, hot breakfast. The waffle batter dispenser was very, very slow. Probably 3 minutes to fill the batter measuring cup, and when mentioned was told that this is normal. ??? Very nice bed. This place shows a very slight amount of wear, but is still well worth the price. Nice place to sleep when passing through."

We stayed during the 4th of July holiday weekend for Burney Basin Days Festivities. The clerk Kate promptly informed me there would be an additional $500 CASH deposit because I lived within 60 minutes of there location. I mentioned the reservation was made through Expedia and a deposit was never mentioned. Kate indicated rudely that management had been trying to change that with no luck. It's obvious Quality doesn't want local business."
