"Love love love our room nice spacious and modern style, rooftop view at night was beautiful nice view of the city, parking was valet only which was $30 a day which is not bad at all because pretty much every where you go you pay for parking. Only thing I didn’t like was the mini fridge that kept filling up with water and can’t really fit much stuff in it and the noise the air conditioning makes when on, staff was very helpful everyone was nice and respectful,other than that it’s a beautiful...

"We had a suite on the 5th floor, overlooking the beach and Ocean. The suite was immaculate as was the property. Staff is wonderful. Pool is so nice to relax in. I can't really point to anything that made us unhappy or frustrated. We had a perfectly wonderful stay. Oh..the on-premise restaurant has a great menu."

"Arrived to check in. No crib in room despite request being confirmed. This was 8pm with a 1 year old traveling with us. Arrived to the room and the AC wasn’t working. In fairness they fixed it as fast as they could but it was past 930pm when it all got sorted.
Experience at restaurant was poor the following day. Extremely slow food average and definitely not equipped for families meal requests.
Pool only had 3 umbrellas and couldn’t get any more.
No bay changing facilities anywhere so once...

"It was close to the Tortuga Music fest so we were able to walk to and from.
The restaurant/bar which we were told would stay open until 10 pm, was not on 2 of the 4 nights we were there, unfortunately.
The hotel is a bit run down and dated.
The front desk manager when we arrived and departed was very helpful and friendly.
