"Lovely clean rooms set in a lovely hotel with beautiful surroundings. Carpark had plenty of space. The pub/restaurant was fantastic. One of the best steaks I’ve had.
I was impressed by the wine list as it had plenty of choice of fantastic wines.
Only downside was they stopped serving drinks at 10pm. Much too early to shut shop after you’ve been in the restaurant all evening.
Other than that, we were satisfied."

"Clean and tidy room
No air conditioner it was extremely hot over 31 degrees celsius and the window could not be opened due to a window safety cable. We had to cut our stay shorts it was just too hot and we could not sleep in the room. Very stuffy fan just circulated hot air. Very disappointing thought Best Western had a minimum standard across the chain this one certainly did not compare to others....."

"Room wasn’t cleaned so also no tea/coffee/water replaced. Called reception and replacements promised within 10 minutes - never arrived after an hour so had to re request. No clean cups or spoons. Two power cuts first night with no answer to an Expedia message.
Hotel was extremely dated and it is never a 4 star room and the receptionists all lacked basic pleasantries/communication skills. Much prefer Llechwen Hall stays.
Golf course looked nice though"

"Beautiful hotel, great location, immaculate and picturesque gardens. Rooms well decorated, clean, really can't complain about the aesthetics. Staff attentive.
