Las fotos que tienen en la página del hotel no son actuales, tienen fotos de cuando estaba en buenas condiciones, y ahora ya esta viejo y huele a humedad. Afuera esta un carro quemado que da muy mal aspecto al hotel, dentro del hotel, solo sirve un elevador, los cuartos son viejos y huelen a humedad. Yo me quedé dos noches y nunca fueron a limpiar el cuarto ni a llevar toallas limpias ni jabón y shampoo.

Only 1 working elevator during my stay, no tissues, hand soap or water cups available in the room. Parking was gated, but access to the gated area required a call to the front desk, which was not explained upon check in.

Arrived early before check in and was told to wait till 3pm. We waited. 3 came and went. Jose a handyman they left was confused and could not check in any of the upset customers. Lobby was full of spiders and flies, rooms were FULL of flies! AC and heater doesn’t work in the room. There was a new Gatorade in the fridge when I arrived. We did not drink it though.

The property, lobby, elevator were so dirty and run down it was scary. It is also in a sketchy area. We were, however, pleasantly surprised that the room was clean and had nice beds. The AC wasn’t working so window needed to be opened which meant smelling smoke from other tenants smoking out their windows.

The entire building air conditioning unit was inoperable when I arrive. having an armed guard security should tell you about this surrounding area. The main lobby couches were ripped up. surprisingly the rooms was in okay condition

When we rolled up to the hotel in the evening, my 20-year-old daughter was afraid to get out of the car. There was a burned out car In front of the hotel, and trash strewn, all about. They charged me a $100 deposit for the room. They did not return it to me when I checked out. I still have not received the money back in my account. I would say that this hotel is one step above.The type that rents rooms by the hour. I was supposed to be totally in a non-smoking room. It definitely was not a non-smoking room. The front desk staff was nice, but when I walk down the hall to use the vending machine to buy a small bottle of water that was almost $3. And the machine ate my money. I went downstairs to talk to the person at the front desk. They did not offer to give me my money back. They did not do anything but point across the lobby to another vending machine, which cost almost four dollars for a small bottle of water. So I ended up spending almost seven dollars for a small bottle of water. There was black mold in the ceiling of the shower in room 504. My sinuses are still congested and lungs are still coughing from being in a smoker's room. I hope I do not get aspergellosis of the lung. At one point during the weekend, we went in the elevator to go up to our room and there was literally a partially eaten whole tomato in the corner of the elevator. I must say that we traveled in the same elevator shortly thereafter, and the staff must have removed the partially eaten tomato really?

There is no shuttle from the airport, and there hasn’t been one for a while. You can take a city bus for a couple bucks and it will drop you off out front, but I’m not sure why it still says there’s a shuttle on all the booking sites. Definitely not a nice area, but it’s fine for the price.

The housekeeper walked in on me naked way before checkout (we weren’t even checking out) to ask if we’re checking out. I felt violated. What made it worse was when I went to the front desk(11:30am), the employee was so rude..blamed me? She stated checkout was at 11..and I explained that my reservation, the employee last night said checkout is at 12… every time I’ve been to this hotel, checkout at 12..but when I’m violated, it’s at 11? Ok.

The condition of the room was completely unacceptable and far below what was advertised. Upon arrival, we found the room to be filthy and unsanitary. There was trash throughout the hotel, dirty walls, blood stains on the floor, and a strong, unpleasant odor. The toilet seat had yellow stains, the curtains were dirty and had holes in them, and the overall condition of the room was extremely disturbing. Additionally, there was no air conditioning available. When I raised this concern with the front desk, I was simply directed to a sign stating that there was no A/C and was told to contact the third-party booking provider. This response was unhelpful and did not address the seriousness of the situation. I have taken photographs documenting the condition of the room as evidence. Given the state of the property, I strongly suggest that you review your listing on Expedia, as the current representation does not reflect the reality of the accommodations. I expect this matter to be addressed promptly. I look forward to your response and a resolution to this issue. Filthy disgusting place!

The photos on Expedia are misleading. This property is poorly maintained -- Smells, rooms aren't cleaned, hallways are dirty, and suspect there are drugs on the premises I strongly recommend staying elsewhere.

The property is listed as having airport shuttle included whxih is why i booked there. They do not have a shuttle service. While the room was nice, the lobby, elevator and hallways were unkempt and a bit scary. The room smelled of old cigarette smoke and there was no heat or working air.
