"Long wait times, rude impatient staff, outdated rooms, stayed for 2 nights and housekeeping never came in to clean room. Had to ask 4 times for towles and sheets. Room didn't have a remote. Bathroom dirty. No toilet tissue. I spoke to the manager and he stated he is going to try and process a refund. ..."

"Pros: - The bed was comfortable - breakfast was included - security for the parking lot - location Cons - Front desk lady when we entered did not greet or acknowledge at all until we initiated - found 2 cockroaches in the drawer with the microwave"

"I wasn’t expecting the Ritz Carlton, but had hoped for a base level of standard. The building was very far away from the check in area in a sketchy part of town, which didn’t feel great as a single woman traveling alone. The shower looked like athlete’s foot and there were bugs crawling on the pillow. ..."
