Very convenient location. Lovely corner room view. Reasonably priced. We walked almost everywhere, incl Fisherman's Wharf, for dinner. (It's an uphill walk back...)

Super clean and friendly. The area overall was pretty safe to walk around and within easy walking distance to Chinatown and North Beach.

Hotel Julian
The restaurant/bar Carlotta's was closed for the season and it wasn't mentioned anywhere on the website. It was the main reason we chose this hotel over others. Nothing special without Carlotta's.
