"Such an amazing stay! The only 2 things that was annoying was their shower, their shower doesn’t close all the way so water gets all on the floor. Also you have to pay daily parking but Thats not even enough for me to take off a star lol this place is so beautiful and fun! Breakfast buffet was phenomenal!"

"Room was actually disgusting. There was a blow drier that had oozing gunk on it and the room was clearer not clean. Staff handled well and generally pleasant but the care for the rooms and frankly facilities…negative 5"

One issue was that the pool towels were taken away as soon as you left the pool area, which was very inconvenient. Also, the hotel was kept extremely cold, especially in the common areas. "Great place to stay for a Disney World family trip. All parks are less than a 15 min drive. The hotel is located across the street from a shopping center with a small Target, so perfect to get things you need. Will be staying here again."
