"It was modern and very clean. We loved the decor in the lobby and the staff were very responsive. If they had more parking spaces available in front of hotel it would have been more convenient and no parking fee."

"Close enough to walk to Universal (which we did on the first day), but cheap enough via Lyft when shuttle times didn't work out. Special shout out to the waitstaff at the breakfast buffet, they were fabulous. Also, those potato "rings"? Omg so yummy."

"The hotel is close to the airport and Fix Car Rental as well as a shopping area. It’s not far from S international dr, a shopping mall, outlet mall, restaurants. Overall it’s a good location. Only one elevator was working. We were there 4 nights and not once did our rooms get cleaned and we were told the rooms would be cleaned on the 3rd night. Hair was all over the floor. The thermostat was difficult to operate. Someone set the thermostat in our rooms on a timer so the temp was constantly set...

"One of the better and inexpensive hotel! Not sure how I haven’t come across Caribe Royale before. So happy with my stay. Rooms were amazing. Got 2 queens. As I thought. Actually 2 queens and a pull out couch in the living room. Separated by a door that I loved. Super spacious. Lots of room for storage. Bathroom well thought out. Pool was great. Chairs were full just have to be on the hunt for when ppl leave. Breakfast was not terrible for the price but can deff have more options. $17 for a low...

"Clean room, good experience"

"The check-in date was a bit disappointing. There were people smoking weed on the balcony next to my room, and the smell permeated several floors. The staff at the poolside bar, where there’s a kiddie park, were incredibly slow and unresponsive when trying to get their attention. The beds were also quite hard. The water park was crowded and understaffed, with some rides closed due to insufficient lifeguards. The food was mediocre and unappetizing, but the coffee at the provisions cafe was great."
