"The room didn't have a window but the door opened to a light well, which was fine for me. The room itself was well laid out, clean and with a good bed and nice sheers. Front desk staff were lovely. And it's close to the Skybus terminal. Excellent value."

"Love love love this hotel. My new favorite for sure. Great location, central to everything we enjoy, amazing service from all the staff. Rooftop bar and pool are very nice. Amenities are great and was all very clean and tidy. Late checkout was no issue and parking was close and easy. Just ticks every single box. Will definitely be back. "

"It was wonderful, I had a toddler with me and they were so great with him. Highly recommend the breakfast, wasn't as huge a fan of the dumplings but the rest was SO good. Dinner wasn't great but it was nice to have room service. The koala mousse is wonderful if you peel back the koala "fur" to the mousse. Excellent. The place was clean and they give you extras of everything, loved the laundry service too, that was super convenient. The pool was cold but hot tub was hot. The gym is fantastic, they have a spin studio too!! So great. It's close to great shops and the train station and the free tram and walking distance to many tourist attractions like the Melbourne museum and parks and the waterfront. "
