"Staff was pleasant and helpful. Quiet, parking convenient, room was clean and well set up. Altogether a very nice "vintage" motel. Location in Oakley, KS was very convenient for visiting the local state parks and small museums."

"This was a great motel for our overnight stay. The staff was welcoming and friendly. The room was clean, the bed comfortable, and everything worked. The only thing I would have liked would have been for the mini fridge to be turned on before we checked in. The breakfast had real, scrambled eggs sausage, biscuits, oatmeal and the other assorted pastries and dry cereal one would expect."

"This motel could use some updating but the price and being able to park right in front of our door was great considering that my husband was recovering from surgery and unable to walk very far. I try to stay in privately owned motels when they are available. If we travel that way again I will try to stay there again."
