"Excellent stay."

"The hotel staff was friendly and attentive. However, I was disappointed that housekeeping only cleans the room every two days. Even though I specifically requested daily housekeeping, my room was not serviced as requested. The hotel is also a bit far from most attractions and restaurants, which made getting around less convenient."

"The staff were very friendly and even helped to set me up with a Marriott account so I could use the WiFi without issues. The hours for the attached Starbucks were very convenient as well as the tunnel to the convention center. It became invaluable as the weather was rainy/stormy during my stay."

"The staff are so so nice and helpfu.l.They each went above and beyond. They were also so friendly. The hotel is in a great location. So many restaurants and bars in walking distance. The pool was closed when we were there and each day we asked if the firepit could be put on and no one could do it which was a big bummer. We were hoping to enjoy wine out on the patio area (which is really cute!). Overall we were very happy with our stay and the hotel for the price."

"I was waaaay taller than the shower head (I’m 5’7) & conveniently, I could see exactly how unclean it was as well. The glass shower door didn’t shut all the way so it leaked in the floor, the water never got anywhere near hot (morning OR night), and the entire sliding bathroom door was off the hinges and leaning against the wall. The elevator looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in ages. And no… they did not have full size pillows. Check in was nice. For $200 and a $50 deposit, it’s NOT worth it...

"Hotel was supposed to be an Extended Stay hotel yet there were NO dishes, glassware, utensils in the room. There wasn't even a hair dryer, which the Expedia site specificaly listed."

"Why I twice chose this property: 1. My husband loves to spend time in the courtyard. 2. It is close to our various destinations while we are in Raleigh. I don’t think I would stay here again, because: 1. The sound-proofing desperately needs some upgrading. I kept being awakened by unfamiliar sounds that I thought were in my room, but were actually coming from outside the room. I could hear voices in the adjoining room; I could hear a rhythmic hitting against wall supporting our bed headboards,...
