"It’s Laughlin . Be aware you will pay a big deposit a get almost none of it back. My daughter got what we think are bed bug bites, restaurants are good . You will also pay 25$ a night when you leave . Paid almost 700 for 2 rooms for 3 nights . Checked in and was charged 600$ for the deposit 300 a room. After they take out their resort fees my total amount deposited back was 260$ which equals 410 no idea where the rest went but our rooms were clean when we left."

"The food court has diminished. Subway is gone, Panda was short on food items every day, Avi-Cados was not great. Sbarros was the only solid choice. Feont desk and pool staff were great and very helpful."

"The Riverside was exactly as I remembered it 30 years ago, in a good way. The dealers were cool and friendly, food was pretty good, machines and tables also friendly and the river view was as breathtaking as it ever was. If you’re looking for new and modern, Laughlin might not be the spot for you, but if you’re looking to re-live the old days, this is the spot for you! Thank you Riverside Hotel and Casino for staying true to what made you the sought after destination you’ve been for as long as I can remember!"

"My husband and I stayed in the River front room. The room was very spacious and we liked how it came with a kitchenette. We were happy with the new TV having streaming sites. Our favorite part about the room was the patio with the river view. We do also appreciate the air conditioning working very good and how there were two (one for each area of the room) We were a little disappointed that the pool was drained and not open for guests. I also feel the room should be updated and the bath tub replaced. Also, the room comes with one towel & one wash cloth. I think it should be standard to have at least two towels & two wash cloths in each room. You are able to go to the office and ask for more. I would also suggest if you stay here to bring an extra pillow. Other than that. For the price the room was worth it. This can be such a beautiful property if the owner put a little more love into it. Lastly, the lady in the office was very very nice. She was training a younger lady who checked us in but when I had to go back to the office for towels she helped us out a lot. I truly appreciate her accommodating us in a specific situation. Definitely wouldn’t mind staying here again."
