"Hotel room had a kitchen with microwave, stove, but no dishes , no mug, no kettle... why keep the kitchen in the room if no dish items to use it? Breakfast was fresh and simple , same everyday. The only frustrated event occurred when I witnessed the waiter lady was cleaning the used tables with the cleaning cloth and at the same time putting clean forks on the table touching them by the tip. As this fact violates all hygienic simple rules, i found it totally unexceptable and discusting ....

"Great room - spacious, clean with extremely comfortable beds. I particularly liked that the toilet had its own room! Staff were very friendly and they assisted my party on numerous occasions. The breakfast buffet was excellent. Great choice of food and not at all hurried. Nice bar area with excellent staff. However it did not have a very wide range of spirits. I asked for 2 fairly common spirits and they had neither."

"The property and our room were both wonderful! A great place to stay in Munich. The underground station is very close. Staff were helpful and friendly. Unfortunately, the room was quite warm at night and we had to open the window. Our room was located at the front of the hotel, which is overlooking an area designated for smoking. We could smell cigarette smoke from guests smoking beneath our window all night long. I would recommend requesting a room on the back of the hotel for this reason....

"Was given a key to a room different to that requested. Staff pretty unhelpful in correcting it. Only 2 elevators for a large hotel. One was broken for the duration of the stay, the second intermittently. Asked for the room to be cleaned - clean towels provided, asked for clean cups, not so. Only 2 coffee sachets provided for 2 people for 3 days. No cream/whitener. Bed sheet had holes in it through wear. Needed replacing. I’ve stayed here many times before and it’s been great, but it feels like...

"Fantastic hotel for Oktoberfest! Amazing being only 5 minutes from the festival grounds. Very cute hotel, lots of charm and style, great staff. The downstairs bar was fun. Room was cozy and clean. Good light breakfast. It is about a 30 minute brisk walk to the old town. I would definitely stay here again next Oktoberfest. Only issues, beds are not the most comfortable ever, but not horrible and we were a little warm with no a/c. Overall fantastic stay!"

"The hotel is located close to a subway which makes it convenient to get around. The beds were hard and the pillows were flat. The air conditioning did not work even though we had it set to the lowest possible temperature. Rooms are not made every day so we had to go down to the front to get more towels. They want to charge for everything. Room was ready early but they wanted 39Euros to check in and they want 1Euro for a to go cup."
