"I had such an amazing stay at the Grand Hyatt Berlin. I didn’t use the pool, gym, or breakfast, but the room and service was phenomenal. Room was squeaky clean everyday, room was gorgeous, and the location was convenient and felt very safe. It was my first time in Germany and this hotel made my experience perfect. If there is anything to criticize, it would be the Vox restaurant. My fries came out cold and my water was over 10 euros. It would’ve been nice to know that my water would be more expensive than most other drink options and my side. Their crème brûlée and wine was amazing though. I wanted to go back just for those. I will be coming back here if I come back to Berlin :)"

"Urban Loft was a great experience. The room was extremely clean and well maintained. Furthermore, the space was large enough for two people with a nice view. The staff could've been more helpful. When we walked in, it was unclear where to check in with no/minimal signage. When we found the staff on the way in, they just pointed us to the iPads, but on the way out, they wanted to press everything on the iPad for us."

"Air con didn't work, room was hot. Pillows were flat as pancakes, even when we put three on top of each other. Couldn't sleep very well. Very small room for 2 people. Window lock was broken and TV only had about five channels - no smart TV function. Shower would keep changing from hot to cold while showering."
