"The hotel spa is small but clean, but the opening hours are very limited. Everything at the hotel is beautiful and elegant. It’s located next to ski lifts so there’s an easy access to the slopes. The staff is nice and friendly but has trouble speaking English but most of the visitors were German anyway. The only trouble is that there aren’t any shops or many restaurants nearby, the hotel kitchen wasn’t open daily. There’s only one restaurant next to the hotel and it’s great but variety would...

Green pastures everywhere w/ a gaze at the Dolomites from afar & a lush forest in between. The hotel is super quiet & spotless clean. The aroma w/ candles burning.. puts u in a meditative state. "Aardig personeel, dat Engels, Duits en Italiaans spreekt. Top ontbijt met super croissants, taart, pannenkoeken en vleeswaren en kaas. Eieren zijn wel erg hard gekookt, koffie is lekker en natuurlijk appelsap ipv jus d orange. Omgeving is superschoon ook Trento en Bozen, er ligt geen papiertje op straat. Wat een verschil met Prato, waar we nu zitten, wat een vieze stad is dit."

"Very disappointed. I was arriving at 11pm, I've let them know and discovered that after 8pm they completely shut off the phone. I wanted to call for an information, impossible! When I arrived the hotel was all closed, thank god the bar was open and the person kindly helped me. No air conditioning in the room, no hair dryer, asked for an iron they said that it's currently used by another client. Bad bedding, king size bed was in fact two 1 place mattresses together. Very uncomfortable to sleep as...

"Gorgeous room, amazing breakfast, beautiful location and the staff did an incredible job making us feel welcome. They knew us after being there for only a few hours. We have some dietary restrictions and they kindly accommodated us. I can’t say enough good things about the hotel. Thank you for a wonderful stay!"
