"The woman that checked us in was super friendly! We went to old town Zurich for a few hours and when we came back our key did not work. There was someone different at the desk who told us it was locked because originally we were assigned a different room. "It was a good stay. Our room was clean and staff were friendly and accommodating specially at the reception. Breakfast was okay. For the price of 25CHF it was not worth it. Some food items were not even hot when they should be.
The lady (staff) who was there last week was talking badly about a group of family who wasn’t even rude to her. She spoke spanish to her colleague badmouthing the family. She probably thought no one can hear and understand her but we did. That’s not professional but...

"I had a great 3 night stay at Centra Hotel Zürich. Christian at the front desk was super friendly and helpful, and my check in was a smooth process. My room was spotlessly clean and the shower had good pressure and hot water. There was also free onsite parking which was an added bonus. There is also a restaurant next to the courtyard where I had a nice dinner on my first day of arrival. "Extremely clean, quiet and convenient. An easy walk from the train and terminal. Room was nice and about what you’d expect from a Hyatt. Extremely large TV for the size of the room. All in all, a good stay. "
