"I honestly don’t know where to begin with this hotel. The moment we pulled up, I had a feeling I had made the wrong choice booking it.
The front desk gentleman was exceptionally kind and welcoming, and he was by far the highlight of our stay. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives mostly ended.
The hotel does not have air conditioning, which was especially difficult during the heat wave. I asked if we could cancel our reservation so we could find a hotel with A/C abd was told no. The front...
