Very clean, good location (2 min walk to train station). Staff very helpful. Breakfast plenty of choice. Would highly recommend for activities in Interlaken and surrounding areas.

Great spot to get away from it all. Wonderful hiking trails, we hired e-bikes from reception to explore the area. The hot-pot (jacuzzi) was top, you need to book a slot with reception which means you have it just for your group which was great. The restaurant and bar were great quality and all staff very friendly. Can't wait to go back!

I have stayed in many hotels all over the world but I have never experienced such warmth and hospitality as shown by Dani and Linda. Very well located for many touristic attractions

Fabulous location! It is just a short walk to Interlaken Ost station, making it so easy to visit Jungfraujoch, Grindelwald, and Lauterbrunnen. There is also a Coop supermarket right across the street. ​The apartment is huge, very clean, and has a separate laundry room. The beds are extremely comfortable and the amenities are complete. A lovely hotel. Pleasant staff. The dining options were not great (one of the restaurants was closed when we were there) but there are many other options in Interlaken. The breakfast was superb. Pleasant staff who worked hard to make the stay easy.

Amazing stay in Grindelwald. Hotel was very clean, beds were comfortable and plenty of hot water. Breakfast was ample - eggs, cereal, fruit and meats and nespresso or filter coffee. If it started even 30 mins earlier would be amazing as need to out early if doing hikes. The door to the left from the lift was amazing for accessing the terminal station but guests can’t enter this way coming back. Very steep climb to the village but the 121 bus from the terminal takes you up there. This ends about...

The old time charm of this hotel really helped enhance the feeling that you are in a more rural part of Switzerland. It is a much more traditional type of hotel which feels more like a large guest house where people are invited to relax in the lounge or sit outside in the sun and admire the views. It is fairly close to the Interlaken West train station and main part of town. There are shops and restaurants nearby that make it easy to find somewhere to get a good meal.

Beautiful hotel, great service and a wonderful breakfast which was the highlight of the stay for us. The only issue was the outside area by the pool, they need to have someone continually there to clear up, this was one of the first impressions I had of the hotel, towels and used glasses everywhere. That said, this is a beautiful 5 star hotel with lots of extras and the price was worth this level of luxury.

The hotel itself was beautiful, very grand as stated in the name. The staff were ever so helpful and very attentive. The room had a few cobwebs near the radiator and window in the room but other than that the room was clean. Very hospitable and welcoming staff, would definitely stay here again! Intercontinental breakfast was lovely and we enjoyed the indoor swimming pool, sauna/steam room.

Lovely hotel with a great Spa. All the staff spoke very good English and were very friendly. Food was very good. Very happy and would stay there again.
