"Staff were relaxed, polite and helpful. The room was clean and quiet. Lovely toiletries and actually have a good hair conditioner! Could do with tea and coffee facilities in the room but not a major issue. They show a film every night in a cinema room which is a good touch as the TV has everything in German except for the news. Fabulous breakfast and a good location. Really enjoyed our stay there."

Unica nota negativa, la camera 201 è attaccata al deposito usato dagli inservienti per le pulizie e la mattina alle 8 c'è un po' di rumore. Hotel con personale gentile, a disposizione degli ospiti acqua al dispenser e bevande calde"

"The Graben hotel is perfect for those exploring Vienna, being a few feet from the vibrant Stephansplatz, giving you instant access to the Cahedral and all around. The hotel itself is magnificent with staff who will try to help you no matter what the query. The rooms could do with bigger TV's but seriously for the location and the bonus of having one of the best Italian restaurants that I have ever eaten in attached to it (and yes, I have been to Italy) The Graben is unbeatable.
