"Absolutely gorgeous historic hotel. Wonderful old funicular takes you up from the boat. Waterfall was absolutely gorgeous. Lots of trails through the property. Food in the restaurant was fantastic. Absolutely wonderful place. But it is a little isolated so make sure you plan accordingly."

"I had a booking issue that could have been easy to resolved by the management at the hotel (and by Expedia) but it was not and it cost me many hundreds of dollars. We reached out to the management several times and even tried to talk with them while at the hotel but with no luck as the management was not on premises. This is definitely a no frills place. The bathrooms are private but are not connected to the rooms which was inconvenient. It's very rustic for the price and it feels abandoned...

"OMG!!! I can not even explain how bad this hotel is! First of all there was no ac in the room as well as no conditioner. The shampoo and your hair feel like grass and was called body and hair shampoo. The food was so bad and everything was at least a day old. I asked them why the eggs were so cold they replied with “ oh they are from a night ago and it’s still healthy”! That is absolutely crazy! "Great apartment and so convenient to train and Coop. We just so happened to be traveling during one of the worst heatwaves and there is no AC. The helpful staff let us borrow an oscillating fan from the offices and it helped so much! The kitchen was perfect and we loved sitting out on the balcony to start our day with coffee and end with a glass of wine. Spectacular views, nice amenities and unbelievable convenience made this a perfect stay for us!"

"Very nice location. Right in the center of the city. What is very special for us is there are super market and laundry just next to the hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpfull for us. would be great if the aircon is cooler. Sadly we stay there when heat wave happen in Europe. So the AC doesnt good enough. Other thing is, would be good if there is fridge on the room. Other than that, i would still reccomend people to stay here."
