"Absolutely wonderful stay! The residence is brand new, spotless and beautifully designed. The apartment was very comfortable, with a fully equipped kitchen that had everything I needed. The whole place feels calm, fresh and well-maintained — you can tell a lot of care went into every detail. The surroundings are lovely and peaceful, and it’s a great base for exploring Corsica. "Property was great, very close to the town, easy free parking across the road and a good breakfast. Our room was nice with a big private rerrace with sun beds and a sea view. Our stay was spoilt by some of the hotel policies. We booked the room with a terrace and sea view planning to sit out in the evening with a glass of wine and a snack. There was a big sign on each room door to say no food at all allowed in the room or a 100 euro fine. Further, there were no glasses, only tiny paper cups. Glasses are not allowed in the room either. We thought we would have to make do with a cup of tea, but the kettles were taken away from the rooms due to an electrical fault in the hotel. We had to go down to the bar for a plastic cup of hot water to make our tea - bit sad really."

"I recommend a room with balcony facing the water- lovely views of the old town. Breakfast was more than adequate, although you can also walk about 100M or so to a bakery. Excellent location (easy walking distance to train station, old town, laundrymat) and would stay here again in future. Note that I had to keep my rucksack in a separate room downstairs (hotel policy) in that I had just completed the GR20- not an issue but something to know."

"We loved our stay in the Hotel Saint Erasme. Great location, slightly away from the crowds of Calvi, and about a 10min walk into town. Perfect for sunsets and drinks on the terrace, with lovely staff who spoke very good English - and pretended to understand our terrible French. We stayed in a room with a sea view, which was well worth the small additional cost. Good value for money, and would stay here again!"
