"The room was clean and AC worked great but no place to hang anything in the bathroom. Most of the staff was really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was pretty good…so many people at the time of our stay that items were lacking sometimes. Overall it was an average stay."

"I only stayed one night so I can only comment on a few things. Our room was clean and the staff I engaged with was friendly and helpful. One disappointment was that there is a $9 fee for a parking pass for their lot. I think that’s ridiculous. I travel often and I’ve never been charged a fee to park in the hotels lot."

"Good breakfast—the common area is roomy & can accommodate busy breakfast & then handy for use later. Teens enjoyed the fitness area & pool. The shuttle drivers were personable & helpful. "

"It’s a lovely property in the booming Mosaic District. There’s some pretense at “boutique style hotel” and while some elements are present (frette bathrobes, slippers, nice linens, Fiji water), finesse is missing (light switches, textured walls). Honestly, the property looks like it’s been nicely refitted, not built anew in 2022. Parking is $10 across the street, which was super convenient. Breakfast is very blah but it keeps you for a couple of hours. The great part is the abundance of food...

"Friendly staff"

"It would have been good to know that this property was “under renovations”. The lobby was non existent and the over all aspect was bad. Old and dingy. The pain peeling off the walls even in the rooms. Whitt that being said I will say the staff were nice and helpful an understand that the propert condition was not their fault. Breakfast was included. But their cafeteria area looked like what a Waffle House would be. The plus on this property is that they had clean and comfortable beds....
