"Glass all over pool back area an in pool edge went and told front desk who said maintenance would be there 3 hrs later no one showed no apologies no conversation nothing place is very runned down smells funny room was not great definitely not a hotel that should be charging 130 a night jaccuzzi not working not even water level and outside bathroom was filthy"

"Check in was through a creepy window and on top of that they require a cash deposit. So had to go down the street to get cash then come back. They also couldn’t place me in a ground level room even though I placed it for easier access since I have a torn ligament. They still denied me a first floor room. Room was fine, desperately needs a remodel especially with the prices. The beginning of my stay it was only supposed to be me but things changed and my partner ended up staying over with me...

"My husband and I were pleasantly surprised with our stay. The hotel was beautiful, seemed like it was very new or newly renovated. Rooms were quiet and the hotel staff were pleasant and accommodating. We will definitely stay here again since my brother lives close by! Give it a 10 out of 10."
