"Absolutely the best hotel stay experience. The pet fee was very reasonable; to my surprise no breed/size restriction. Asked if we needed pet amenities like food or water bowl or pet bed. Check in was fast and very thorough. The pet area very clean and well fenced and properly supplied. Wish the saloon stayed open a little later. The room was very sizable, very clean with very comfortable beds and a very modern TV with just about any streaming services you could ask for. Overall 10 out of 10. Staff was amazing. Definitely will be staying here again."

"Room was great, love the door key code method. Room was very clean. Our family enjoyed the stay with our Jeep family . Will stay again. Front desk personnel was fantastic. "

"No complaints. The room was very clean. We were on the third floor. A luggage cart was provided so we could take everything up in the elevator at once. Beautiful ocean view out the window. I would definitely stay there again."

"Second visit to the Pet Friendly Cabins for a stay and brought along family and friends. All Cabins clean, cozy and comfortable with fully stocked kitchen, dishwasher and all desired amenities. The entire property is private and peaceful and quaint. Looking forward to coming back already. "
Chautauqua Resort & Conference Center

"While the location is ideal and close to everything. The room was quite dirty, including thick dust on the fan, tv and heater. The bathroom was in awful condition, with large patches and f missing paint and caulking. There was a warning that stated the steam from the shower would set off all alarms facility wide. There was a pool area, while great to have an indoor heated pool, had multiple areas with mold, missing caulking and most importantly, the MOST slippery floor I’ve ever experienced. Multiple fell on this floor. NONE, by running. This is very dangerous. Lastly, while there was ample parking, the layout design for the parking lot is awful at best. Overall, calling this property a “resort” is a stretch. The quality does not support the claim."

"I liked the fact that it was pet friendly, and that our cottage had its own little yard for our puppies. They also have a little breakfast place out front which has the most delicious biscuits, and brought us our favorite breakfast one morning. The cottage is compact, but still had ample space. Also, it’s conveniently located."
